Junior Stylist

Hi my name is Grace and I am the Junior Stylist to the Salon Director. I joined the team at Zedz after finishing year 12. I help the Zedz team keep the salon fresh and comfortable for our clients. I might be the person to offer you coffee, wash you hair, or offer you a salon treatment. You will also start seeing me colouring and progressing within my apprenticeship. I love seeing clients leave the salon feeling great and looking amazing, and it makes me even more excited about qualifying as a hairdresser. I am continually learning and I enjoy every minute of my chosen career.

Stylist

Hi my name is Brad and I am a 3rd year apprentice here at Zedz. Everyday at Zedz arises new challenges and my skills are continuously growing. In salon you can find me doing all colour techniques, mens cuts, blow dries, hair-up do’s and head massage. I am also the Senior advocate and ambassador for Kerastase so I have a great knowledge of the range as I am continuously training. I am a keen and motivated person who is approachable and always willing to help. I look forward to meeting you.

[+] Kayla Hi my name is Kayla. I am a third year apprentice here at Zedz. I have been working here for 3 years. Whilst I’ve been at Zedz, I have participated in the Zedz Hair Show, Ball Hair-up Event and had the great opportunity of going to Melbourne Fashion Week to work back stage. I love all aspects of hairdressing, especially hair-ups and am excited to learn more and gain more experience as I continue to fulfill my career as a hairdresser.

I have been in the hairdressing industry for 10 years. My country of origin is Korea although I have worked in Canada and Sydney for the last few years. My wife and I are now happy to settle in Perth permanently. I love to do beautiful glamour styles in the Salon but I also enjoy creating more edgy work. My specialty is cutting and styling. I’m kind hearted and like to look after your styling needs.

Hi, I am a Senior Beauty Therapist working here at Zedz. After completing my Beauty Therapy Diploma at the Perth College of beauty therapy I joined the team at Zedz. I am fully qualified in all aspects of beauty, but my passion lies with Facials and Body Treatments. I am an Advocate for Guinot in the salon. I have been involved in many courses and training programs at Zedz as we are constantly updating and passing on all information to our clients. Looking forward to pampering you when you visit us here at Zedz.

While still a student at Penrhos College my hairdressing career started at Zedz as a Junior Assistant working Saturdays and Thursday nights. Enjoying the Zedz hairdressing experience I decided to join the Instep Programme at Penrhos which enabled me another full day training at Zedz giving me a kick start to my apprenticeship which started at Zedz in 2002. After 2 years I decided to go in a different direction and joined a salon in Mt. Pleasant. During this time I worked for leading Eastern States photographer Wayne Daniels as hairstylist for a Ralph Magazine photo shoot. A really interesting experience.

Hi, my name is Belinda. I am a senior Stylist here at Zedz. I have been part of the team since 1997. I started out as a junior assistant on Thursday nights and Saturdays before doing my apprenticeship. I have been involved in many events including Zedz shows, photo shoots and competitions. My passion is in colouring and men’s styling. Last year I took a break from competition work to build a strong and loyal clientele by putting all my energies into servicing new and existing clients. I look forward to your next visit to the salon and hope it’s a beautiful experience.
