5. Place the highlighting cap make sure that it is snuggly secure on your head. Loop the hair out of the cap using the hook that came with it.
6. Coat the hair strands with the highlighting solution using the brush
7. Leave the color on for a significant amount of time or as indicated on the instruction sheet
8. Once the time is up, gently remove the cap from your head and thoroughly wash your hair with shampoo and conditioner.
